Section 680. Evidence of legitimation

7 AAC 05.680. Evidence of legitimation

All evidence or proof that any person born out of wedlock in Alaska has subsequently been legitimated in accordance with the statutes shall be filed with the bureau as soon as possible after such legitimation. Such evidence or proof, as well as any court adjudications, shall be submitted on the forms prescribed and furnished by the bureau, or in such manner as may be determined by the State Registrar in cooperation with the Alaska Court System.
