Section 250. Monthly reports

7 AAC 05.250. Monthly reports

Officials required to transmit certificates, forms, reports, or other returns required under the Vital Statistics Act, related laws, regulations, or instructions shall do so monthly or oftener as directed by the State Registrar, promptly on or about the date so directed. If at all possible, original certificates and other documents shall not be folded; they shall be forwarded in the large envelopes supplied by the bureau for this purpose. Any required transmittal lists shall be made and forwarded as directed. Some report shall be sent each month; when there are no certificates or other reports to transmit, a statement shall be sent so stating.
