Beginning at the mouth of Kadleroshilik River; then southwesterly along the thread of Kadleroshilik River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Sagavanirktok River, east of the Pipeline Access Road; then southwesterly along the eastern shoreline of Sagavanirktok River to its intersection with Sagavanirktok River Main Channel; then southerly along the thread of Sagavanirktok River Main Channel to its intersection with Sagavanirktok River; then southerly along Sagavanirktok River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Dalton Highway, northeast of the headwaters of Skeetercoke Creek; then northerly along the centerline of Dalton Highway to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Kuparuk River, east of Sirukak Lake; then southwesterly along the thread of Kuparuk River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of Anaktuvuk River and Nanushuk River; then northwesterly along the thread of Anaktuvuk River to its intersection with Colville River; then northerly along the thread of Colville River to is mouth; then due north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the North Slope Borough boundary; then easterly along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-point line extending to the mouth of Staines River; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Beaufort Sea to the eastern shore of Mikkelson Bay; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Mikkelson Bay to the eastern shore of Foggy Island Bay; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Foggy Island Bay to the mouth of Kadleroshilik River, the point of beginning.
