Beginning at the mouth of Utokok River; then southeasterly along the thread of Utokok River to the mouth of Carbon Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Carbon Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending south of the headwaters of Awuna River; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line south of Awuna River extending to Grayling Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Grayling Creek to its intersection with Colville River; then westerly along the thread of Colville River to its intersection with Nuka River; then southwesterly along the thread of Nuka River to the mouth of Singayoak Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Singayoak Creek to its headwaters; then westerly along the Noatak National Preserve boundary to its intersection with Anisak River; then southeasterly along the thread of Anisak River to its intersection with the North Slope Borough boundary; then westerly along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with Kivalina River; then northeasterly along the thread of Kivalina River to its headwaters; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Sooner River; then northerly along the thread of Sooner River to its intersection with Kukpowruk River; then northeasterly along the thread of Kukpowruk River to its mouth to its intersection with a non-visible point-point line extending to the North Slope Borough boundary; then northeasterly along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-point line to the mouth of Utukok River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Point Lay.
