Beginning at the intersection of Kobuk River and Melvin Channel; then westerly along the northern shoreline of Melvin Channel to Nulvororok Channel; then northerly along the northern shoreline of Nulvororok Channel to the eastern shore of Nulvororok Lake; then northeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Nulvororok Lake to the southern shore of Ekichuk Lake; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of Ekichuk Lake to the eastern shore of Hotham Inlet; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Hotham Inlet to the western shore of Selawik Lake; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Selawik Lake to the mouth of Selawik River; then southeasterly along the western shoreline of Selawik River to the southwest shore of Shogvik Lake; then northerly along the western shoreline of Shogvik Lake to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Portage Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Portage Creek to its intersection with Kobuk River; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Kobuk River to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Noorvik.
