Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary and Middle Fork Buckland River; then southwesterly along the thread of Middle Fork Buckland River to its intersection with an unnamed river; then northwesterly along the thread of the unnamed river to Buckland River; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Buckland River to the mouth of Harvey Creek; then northerly along the thread of Harvey Creek to its intersection with Kauk River; then northwesterly along the thread of Kauk River to the eastern shore of Eschscholtz Bay; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Eschscholtz Bay to the northern shore of Spafarief Bay; then southerly crossing Spafarief Bay to the eastern shore of Kiwalik Lagoon; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Kiwalik Lagoon to the mouth of Kiwalik River; then southerly along the thread of Kiwalik River to its intersection with the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary; then northeasterly along the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary its intersection with the Middle Fork Buckland River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Buckland and the area within the community of Candle.
