Beginning at the mouth of Kwiniuk River; then northerly and southwesterly along the thread of the Kwiniuk River to its intersection with Winter Trail; then southeasterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Carson Creek; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary; then northeasterly and southeasterly along the Bering Strait School District boundary to its intersection with the median of Norton Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Norton Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Kwik River; then southwesterly along the northern shoreline of Norton Bay to the mouth of Kwiniuk River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Elim.
