Beginning at the headwaters of Izaviknek River; then southwesterly along the thread of Izaviknek River to the northern shore of Aropuk Lake; then southerly along the median of Aropuk Lake to its intersection with the northern shore of Kaghasuk Lake; then southwesterly along the median of Kaghasuk Lake to its intersection with the northern shore of Baird Inlet; then southwesterly along the median of Baird Inlet to its intersection with the mouth of Kolavinarak River; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Kolavinarak River to the mouth of Chakchak Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Chakchak Creek to its intersection with Isiktok Creek; then westerly along the thread of Isiktok Creek to its headwaters; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the eastern shore of Hazen Bay; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Hazen Bay to the mouth of Ikalugtulik River; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary; then northerly along the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Wade Hampton Census Area boundary; then northeasterly along the Wade Hampton Census Area boundary to a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Izaviknek River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the community of Newtok.
