Beginning at the southwest corner of the City of Akiak boundary and its intersection with Kuskokuak River; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Kuskokuak River to its intersection with Kuskokuak Slough; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Kuskokuak Slough to its intersection with Kasigluk River; then southeasterly along the thread of Kasigluk River to its intersection with Little Kasigluk River; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Nukluk Mountain extending to the intersection of Kisaralik River and Nukluk Creek; then southerly along the thread of Kisaralik River to the mouth of Quartz Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Quartz Creek to its headwaters; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line due south of Mount Romig, extending to the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary, northwest of the headwaters of Kupchuk River; then northeasterly and northwesterly along the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary to its intersection with Bear Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Bear Creek to its intersection with East Fork Bear Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of East Fork Bear Creek to its headwaters; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Fog River; then northwesterly along the thread of Fog River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Kuskokwim River, south of the community of Tuluksak; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Gweek River and Winter Trail; then southeasterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to the northwest corner of City of Akiak boundary; then southerly along the City of Akiak boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Akiak.
