Beginning at the intersection of the southern City of Pilot Point boundary and the eastern shore of Bristol Bay; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Bristol Bay to the mouth of Cinder River; then southeasterly along the thread of Cinder River to its intersection with the Aniakchak National Monument boundary at Lava Creek; then southeasterly along the Aniakchak National Monument boundary to its intersection with the eastern shore of Ambler Bay; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary in Ambler Bay; then southerly along the Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with the median of Kujulik Bay, including Kumlik and Sutwik Islands; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Plenty Bear Creek just north of the mouth of Plenty Bear Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Plenty Bear Creek to its intersection with Meshik River; then northwesterly along the thread of Meshik River to its intersection with the southern shore of Port Heiden; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Port Heiden to its intersection with the Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary; then northerly along the Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary to a non-visible point due east of the southwest corner of the City of Pilot Point boundary; then east to the point of beginning, including all the area within the boundaries of the City of Port Heiden.
