Beginning at the eastern shore of Moffet Lagoon and the mouth of Joshua Green River; then southwesterly along the eastern shoreline of Moffet Lagoon to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Kinzarof Lagoon; then southwesterly along the eastern shoreline of Kinzarof Lagoon to the northern shore of Cold Bay; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Cold Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southern tip of Thin Point; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the Aleutians East Borough boundary, including Ugamak, Unimak, Kudiakof, Neumann, Amak, Amagat, Umga, and Sanak Islands; then southwesterly along the Aleutians East Borough boundary to a non-visible point west of Big Lake; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Moffet Point; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Moffet Lagoon to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Cold Bay and the City of False Pass.
