Beginning at the southeast corner of the City of Newhalen boundary; then west and north along the City of Newhalen boundary to its intersection with Newhalen River; then northerly along the thread of Newhalen River to its intersection with the City of Nondalton boundary; then east along the City of Nondalton boundary to its intersection with the Lake Clark National Preserve boundary; then easterly along the Lake Clark National Preserve boundary to its intersection with the northern shoreline of Chekok Lake; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Chekok Lake to the headwaters of Chekok Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Chekok Creek to its mouth; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the western shore of Flat Island; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Tommy Point, including Triangle and Seal Islands; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning, including all that area within the City of Newhalen and the area within the community of Iliamna.
