A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: Beginning at a non-visible point in the median of Narrow Strait due south of Ouzinkie Point; then northwesterly along the median of Narrow Strait to its intersection with the median of Marmot Bay; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kodiak Island Borough boundary, including Spruce, The Triplets, and Wooded Islands; then southerly along the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point east of Narrow Strait; then westerly along the median of Narrow Strait to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Ouzinkie.
