A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Mission Road and the City of Kodiak boundary; then northerly and westerly along the City of Kodiak boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due east of Pillar Creek Reservoir; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Pillar Creek on the eastern shore of Pillar Creek Reservoir; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Pillar Creek Reservoir to a creek on its western shore; then westerly along the thread of the creek to Devils Prongs Ridge; then westerly along the centerline of Devils Prongs Ridge to a non-visible point due south of the headwaters of Virginia Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Virginia Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Monashka Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of a creek that drains into Narrow Strait; then northeasterly along the thread of the creek to Narrow Strait; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Narrow Strait; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kodiak Island Borough boundary; then southeasterly along the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with the median of Chiniak Bay; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southwestern tip of the City of Kodiak boundary, excluding Puffin Island; then northwesterly along the City of Kodiak boundary to the point of beginning.
