A portion of the City of Kodiak described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the City of Kodiak boundary and Mill Bay Road; then easterly and westerly along the City of Kodiak boundary to its intersection with W. Rezanof Drive; then easterly along the centerline of W. Rezanof Drive to its intersection with Lower Mill Bay Road; then northerly along the centerline of Lower Mill Bay Road to its intersection with Mill Bay Road; the easterly along te centerline of Mill Bay Road to the point of beginning.
