A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary and Mile 125 Sterling Highway; then northerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary to its intersection with Thurman Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Thurman Creek to Trout Lake; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Trout Lake to Shaft Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Shaft Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Langille Mountain; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Chugach National Forest boundary; then southerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to the northern shore of Kenai Lake; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Kenai Lake to Primrose Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Primrose Creek to its intersection with Porcupine Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Porcupine Creek to a non-visible point due east of Prim Peak; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a non-visible point due north of Mount Ascension; then due south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Resurrection Peaks; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary on Resurrection River; then northerly along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary; then northwesterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness boundary to the point of beginning.
