A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Heath Street and East Fairview Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of East Fairview Avenue to its intersection with East End Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of East End Road to its intersection with Lake Street; then southeasterly along the centerline of Lake Street to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then southeasterly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with the northern shore of Beluga Slough; then southwesterly along the northern shoreline of Beluga Slough to its mouth in Kachemak Bay; then south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Homer City boundary in Kachemak Bay; then easterly and northerly along the Homer City boundary to its intersection with Skyline Drive due south of Bridge Creek Reservoir; then southeasterly along the centerline of Skyline Drive to its intersection with Alder Terrace Road; then southerly along the centerline of Alder Terrace Road to its intersection with Pine Terrace Circle; then southerly and westerly along the centerline of Pine Terrace Circle to its end; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Raspberry Court; then southerly along the centerline of Raspberry Court to its end; then southerly along a non-visible point to point line extending to the intersection of Heath Street and East Fairview Avenue, the point of beginning.
