Beginning at the intersection of Rig Tenders Dock Road and Pipeline Road at Mile 22.5 Kenai Spur Highway; then easterly along the centerline of Pipeline Road to its intersection with Halbouty Road; then southerly along the centerline of Halbouty Road to its intersection with Taurianen Trail; then easterly along the centerline of Taurianen Trail to its intersection with Bishop Creek; then northerly along the thread of Bishop Creek to its intersection with Pipeline Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Pipeline Road to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then northeasterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to Point Possession; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary; then northwesterly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to the median of Cook Inlet; then southwesterly along the median of Cook Inlet to a non-visible point due west of the end of Rig Tenders Dock Road; then due east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the end of Rig Tenders Dock Road; then easterly along the centerline of Rig Tenders Dock Road to the point of beginning.
