A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Kalifornsky Beach Road and Ariels Lane; then northerly along the centerline of Kalifornsky Beach Road to its intersection with Kasilof Beach Stub; then westerly along the centerline of Kasilof Beach Stub to its intersection with the shoreline of Cook Inlet; then northerly along the shoreline of Cook Inlet to its intersection with the City of Kenai boundary; then easterly along the City of Kenai boundary to its easternmost point on the southwestern shore of Kenai River; then southerly along the western shoreline of Kenai River to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then westerly along the centerline of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to a non-visible point due north of Forget Me Not Street; then south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Forget Me Not Street; then south along the centerline of Forget Me Not Street to its end; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northeast corner of Oil Co Haul Road; then southerly along the centerline of Oil Co Haul Road to its intersection with Ariels Lane; then westerly along the centerline of Ariels Lane to the point of beginning.
