A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning on the City of Kenai boundary at the intersection of Golden Eagle Avenue and Mile 3.8 Kenai Spur Highway; then northerly and westerly along the City of Kenai boundary to its intersection with Shotgun Drive; then southwesterly along the centerline of Shotgun Drive to Beaver Loop Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of Beaver Loop Road to its intersection with Bridge Access Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of Bridge Access Road to its intersection with Frontage Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of Frontage Road to its intersection with a Kenai River feeder creek; then southerly along the thread of the Kenai River feeder creek to its intersection with the northern shoreline of Kenai River; then westerly along the northern shoreline of Kenai River to its mouth; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across Kenai River to the southern shoreline of Kenai River; then southerly along the shoreline of Cook Inlet to its intersection with the City of Kenai boundary; then easterly along the City of Kenai boundary to the point of beginning.
