Beginning at the intersection of Chugach National Forest boundary and the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northerly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with the City of Whittier boundary; then northerly, easterly and southerly along the City of Whittier boundary to its intersection with the Passage Canal shoreline; then easterly and southerly along the Passage Canal shoreline to its intersection with Blackstone Bay shoreline; then southwesterly along Blackstone Bay shoreline to its intersection with the City of Whittier boundary; then westerly along the City of Whittier boundary to its intersection with Blackstone Bay shoreline; then southwesterly along Blackstone Bay shoreline to its intersection with the Chugach National Forest boundary; then northerly and westerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to the point of beginning.
