Beginning at the intersection of Far North Bicentennial Park boundary and the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary; then easterly and southerly along the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the headwaters of South Fork Campbell Creek; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the headwaters of South Fork Campbell Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of South Fork Campbell Creek to its intersection with the Power Line Right-of-Way (ROW); then northwesterly along the Power Line ROW to its intersection with the Far North Bicentennial Park boundary; then northerly along the Far North Bicentennial Park boundary to the point of beginning.
