Beginning at the intersection of Little Rabbit Creek and New Seward Highway; then northerly along the centerline of New Seward Highway to its intersection with DeArmoun Road; then easterly along the centerline of DeArmoun Road to its intersection with Rabbit Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Rabbit Creek to its intersection with Old Rabbit Creek Road; then easterly and northwesterly along the centerline of Old Rabbit Creek Road to its intersection with Rabbit Creek Road; then southerly and southwesterly along the centerline of Rabbit Creek Road to its intersection with Bridgeview Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Bridgeview Drive to its intersection with Little Rabbit Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Little Rabbit Creek to its intersection with Old Seward Highway; then southeasterly along the centerline of Old Seward Highway to its intersection with Potter Valley Road; then northerly and southerly along the centerline of Potter Valley Road to its intersection with Potter Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Potter Creek to its intersection with the Chugach State Park boundary; then southerly, westerly, northerly, and northwesterly along the Chugach State Park boundary to its intersection with the Turnagain Arm shoreline; then northwesterly along the Turnagain Arm shoreline to its intersection with Little Rabbit Creek; then easterly along the thread of Little Rabbit Creek to the point of beginning.
