Beginning at the intersection of a non-visible point-to-point line and McHugh Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of McHugh Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Suicide Peak; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Suicide Peak at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the headwaters of South Fork Campbell Creek; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the headwaters of South Fork Campbell Creek and a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the headwaters of Ship Creek; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the headwaters of Ship Creek and a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Chugach National Forest boundary; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Chugach National Forest boundary; then southerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the headwaters of Penguin Creek; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the headwaters of Penguin Creek; then southerly, southwesterly, and northwesterly along the thread of Penguin Creek to its intersection with the Chugach State Park boundary; then southerly, westerly, and northwesterly along the Chugach State Park boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line at the Turnagain Arm shoreline extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the mouth of McHugh Creek; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
