Beginning at the intersection of Eagle River and the non-visible extended centerline of Eagle River Lane; then northerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Eagle River Lane to its intersection with Eagle River Lane; then northerly along the centerline of Eagle River Lane to its intersection with Steeple Drive; then northwesterly, southeasterly, and easterly along the centerline of Steeple Drive to its intersection with Chugach State Park; then northerly and easterly along Chugach State Park boundary to its intersection with Meadow Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Meadow Creek to its headwaters at the intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Peters Creek; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Peters Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Peters Creek to its headwaters at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Peril Peak; then easterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Peril Peak; then southeasterly along the natural ridge line of Peril Peak to is intersection with Whiteout Glacier; then easterly and southerly along Whiteout Glacier to its intersection with Eagle Glacier; then southwesterly along Eagle Glacier to its intersection with the Chugach National Forest boundary; then westerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to its intersection with Raven Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Raven Creek to its intersection with an unnamed stream; then northerly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with Eagle River; then northwesterly along the thread of Eagle River to the point of beginning.
