Beginning at the intersection of the Kincaid Park boundary and the non-visible point-to-point line extending from W. Dimond Boulevard; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with W. Dimond Boulevard; then easterly along the centerline of W. Dimond Boulevard to its intersection with Campbell Creek; then southerly along the thread of Campbell Creek to its intersection with the Campbell Lake shoreline; then southerly and westerly along the Campbell Lake southern shoreline to its intersection with Campbell Creek; then westerly, southeasterly and southwesterly along the thread of Campbell Creek to its mouth at the Turnagain Arm shoreline at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northwesterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Kincaid Park boundary; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Kincaid Park boundary; then northerly along the Kincaid Park boundary to the point of beginning.
