Beginning at the intersection of Spenard Road and E. Turnagain Boulevard; then northerly along the centerline of E. Turnagain Boulevard to its intersection with McRae Road; then easterly along the centerline of McRae Road to its intersection with Fish Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Fish Creek to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of W. 32nd Avenue; then easterly along non-visible extended centerline of W. 32nd Avenue to its intersection with W. 32nd Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 32nd Avenue to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of W. 32nd Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of W. 32nd Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southeasterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with Spenard Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of Spenard Road to the point of beginning.
