Beginning at the intersection of the Alaska Railroad and W. Northern Lights Boulevard; then easterly along the centerline of W. Northern Lights Boulevard to its intersection with Minnesota Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Minnesota Drive to its intersection with W. 33rd Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 33rd Avenue to its intersection with Lois Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Lois Drive to its intersection with W. 36th Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of W. 36th Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then northwesterly along the Alaska Railroad to the point of beginning.
