Beginning at the intersection of W. Northern Lights Boulevard and C Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with W. Fireweed Lane; then westerly along the centerline of W. Fireweed Lane to its intersection with D Street; then northerly along the centerline of D Street to its intersection with W. 22nd Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 22nd Avenue to its intersection with C Street; then northerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with Chester Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Chester Creek to its intersection with New Seward Highway; then southerly along the centerline of New Seward Highway to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to its intersection with W. Northern Lights Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of W. Northern Lights Boulevard to the point of beginning.
