Beginning at the intersection of E. Northern Lights Boulevard and the non-visible extended centerline of S. Pine Street; then northerly along the non-visible extended centerline of S. Pine Street to its intersection with S. Pine Street; then northerly along the centerline of S. Pine Street to its intersection with DeBarr Road; then easterly along the centerline of DeBarr Road to its intersection with Boniface Parkway; then southerly along the centerline of Boniface Parkway to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. 20th Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. 20th Avenue to its intersection with E. 20th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 20th Avenue to its intersection with Penn Circle; then southwesterly along the centerline of Penn Circle to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of Penn Circle; then westerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Penn Circle to its intersection with Boniface Parkway; then southerly along the centerline of Boniface Parkway to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to the point of beginning.
