Bragaw Street to its intersection with DeBarr Road; then easterly along the centerline of DeBarr Road to its intersection with S. Pine Street; then southerly along the centerline of S. Pine Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of S. Pine Street; then southerly along the non-visible extended centerline of S. Pine Street to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then northwesterly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to the point of beginning.
