Beginning at the intersection of Chester Creek South Branch and the Alaska Pacific University boundary; then northerly along the Alaska Pacific University boundary to its intersection with the Power Line R.O.W.; then northerly along the Power Line R.O.W to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then easterly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to its intersection with Boniface Parkway; then southerly along the centerline of Boniface Parkway to its intersection with E. 38th Court; then westerly along the centerline of E. 38th Court to its intersection with Lynn Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Lynn Drive to its intersection with Sharon Street; then westerly along the centerline of Sharon Street to its intersection with Checkmate Drive; then northerly along the centerline of Checkmate Drive to its intersection with Wesleyan Way; then westerly along the centerline of Wesleyan Way to its intersection with Chester Creek South Branch; then southwesterly along the thread of Chester Creek South Branch to the point of beginning.
