Beginning at the intersection of Thompson Avenue and Taylor Street; then northerly along the centerline of Taylor Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of Taylor Street; then northerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Taylor Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of McPhee Avenue; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of McPhee Avenue to its intersection with McPhee Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of McPhee Avenue to its intersection with N. Pine Street; then southerly along the centerline of N. Pine Street to its intersection with Thompson Avenue; then westerly along the centerline line of Thompson Avenue to the point of beginning.
