Beginning at the intersection of the non-visible extended centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard and Muldoon Road; then northerly along the centerline of Muldoon Road to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of DeBarr Road; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of DeBarr Road to its intersection with DeBarr Road; then easterly along the centerline of DeBarr Road to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of DeBarr Road; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of DeBarr Road to its intersection with the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary; then southerly along the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then westerly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to the point of beginning.
