Beginning at the intersection of DeBarr Road and Edward Street; then northerly along the centerline of Edward Street to its intersection with E. 6th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 6th Avenue to its intersection with Donna Drive; then southerly and easterly along the centerline of Donna Drive to its intersection with Turpin Street; then northerly along the centerline of Turpin Street to its intersection with E. 6th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 6th Avenue to its intersection with Jordt Circle; then easterly along the centerline of Jordt Circle to its intersection with Fredericks Drive; then northwesterly and northeasterly along the centerline of Fredericks Drive to its intersection with Patterson Street; then northerly along the centerline of Patterson Street to its intersection with Duben Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Duben Avenue to its intersection with Muldoon Road; then southerly along the centerline of Muldoon Road to its intersection with DeBarr Road; then westerly along the centerline of DeBarr Road to the point of beginning.
