Beginning at the intersection of Eagle River Road and E. Eagle River Loop; then northerly along the centerline of E. Eagle River Loop to its intersection with Meadow Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Meadow Creek to its intersection with Chugach State Park; then southerly and westerly along the Chugach State Park boundary to its intersection with Steeple Drive; then northwesterly and southeasterly along the centerline of Steeple Drive to its intersection with Eagle River Lane; then southerly along the centerline of Eagle River Lane to its intersection with Eagle River Road; then westerly along the centerline of Eagle River Road to the point of beginning.
