Beginning at the intersection of the west bank of the Matanuska River and the Alaska Railroad; then northeasterly and easterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with E. Inner Springer Loop; then easterly along the centerline of E. Inner Springer Loop to its intersection with E. Outer Springer Loop; then easterly and northerly along the centerline of E. Outer Springer Loop to its intersection with E. Lawalter Road; then easterly along the centerline of E. Lawalter Road to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. Lawalter Road; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Lawalter Road to its intersection with the west bank of the Matanuska River; then southerly along the west bank of the Matanuska River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line south of Doc's place; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the east bank of the Matanuska River; then southwesterly along the east bank of the Matanuska River to its intersection with Ezi Slough; then northwesterly along Ezi Slough to its intersection with the west bank of the Matanuska River; then southwesterly along the west bank of the Matanuska River to the point of beginning.
