Beginning at the intersection of the mouth of an unnamed Creek west of Edmonds Lake Park and a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Municipality of Anchorage boundary; then northeasterly, southerly, and easterly along the Municipality of Anchorage boundary to its intersection with the Chugach National Forest boundary; then westerly along the Chugach National Forest boundary to its intersection with Eagle Glacier; then northeasterly along Eagle Glacier to its intersection with Whiteout Glacier; then northeasterly and westerly along Whiteout Glacier to its intersection with the natural ridge line of Peril Peak; then northwesterly along the natural ridge line of Peril Peak to its intersection with Peril Peak at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the headwaters of Peters Creek; then northwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the headwaters of Peters Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Peters Creek to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then northeasterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with the unnamed stream west of Edmonds Lake Park; then northerly along the thread of the unnamed stream to the point of beginning.
