Beginning at the intersection of Glenn Highway and the west bank of the Matanuska River; then northeasterly along the north bank of the Matanuska River to its intersection with Ezi Slough; then southeasterly along Ezi Slough to its intersection with the east bank of the Matanuska River; then northeasterly along the east bank of the Matanuska River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line north of Burkholder Lake extending from the unnamed stream that drains into Jim Lake; then easterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the unnamed stream; then northeasterly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from a natural mountain ridge; then northeasterly and southeasterly along the natural mountain ridge to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Glacier "7190"; then northeasterly and southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point boundary to its intersection with Glacier "7190"; then northeasterly through Glacier "7190" to its intersection with the headwaters of Metal Creek; then southwesterly and southeasterly along the thread of Metal Creek to its intersection with the common boundary of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and the Municipality of Anchorage; then westerly and northerly along the common boundary of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and the Municipality of Anchorage to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then northerly along the centerline of the Glenn Highway to the point of beginning.
