Beginning at the intersection of the mouth of the Susitna River and a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Matanuska-Susitna Borough boundary within the Cook Inlet; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the southern boundary of the Matanuska Susitna Borough; then following the southern, western, and northern boundary of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough to its intersection with West Fork Chulitna River; then southeasterly and southwesterly along the thread of West Fork Chulitna River to its intersection with Chulitna River; then southwesterly and southerly along the thread of the Chulitna River to its intersection with the east bank of the Chulitna River; then southerly along the east bank of the Chulitna River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the east bank of the Susitna River; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the east bank of the Susitna River; then southerly and southwesterly along the east bank of the Susitna River to the mouth of the Susitna River at the point of beginning.
