Beginning at the intersection of City of Wasilla boundary and S. Fern Street; then northerly along the centerline of S. Fern Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of N. Lucille Street; then northerly along the non-visible extended centerline of N. Lucille Street to its intersection with N. Lucille Street; then northerly along the centerline of N. Lucille Street to its intersection with the City of Wasilla boundary; then following the northern, eastern, and southern boundary City of Wasilla to the point of beginning.
