(a) Beginning at the intersection of S. Knik Goose Bay Road and S. Foothills Boulevard; then northerly along the centerline of S. Foothills Boulevard to its intersection with Lucille Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lucille Creek to its intersection with the City of Wasilla boundary; then southerly and northeasterly along the City of Wasilla boundary to its intersection with S. Mack Road; then southerly along the centerline of S. Mack Road to its intersection with S. Knik Goose Bay Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of S. Knik Goose Bay Road to the point of beginning.

(b) Beginning at the intersection W. Edlund Road and the City of Wasilla boundary; then northeasterly along the City of Wasilla boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from Cottonwood Creek; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Cottonwood Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Cottonwood Creek to its intersection with W. Edlund Road; then northerly along the centerline of W. Edlund Road to the point of beginning.
