Beginning at the intersection of E. Palmer Wasilla Highway and N. Trunk Road; then northerly and northeasterly along the centerline of N. Trunk Road to its intersection with E. Tern Drive; then southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly along the centerline of E. Tern Drive to its intersection with E. Puffin Drive; then northeasterly and easterly along the centerline of E. Puffin Drive to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. Puffin Drive; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Puffin Drive to its intersection with the non-visible point-to-point line north of Hassen Bey Drive extending from the non-visible extended centerline of E. Scott Road; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of E. Scott Road; then easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of E. Scott Road to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of N.
