Beginning at the northwesternmost corner of the City of Valdez boundary; then east along the City of Valdez boundary to its intersection with Mineral Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Mineral Creek to its intersection with Mineral Creek Road; then southerly along the centerline of Mineral Creek Road to its intersection with Mineral Creek Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Mineral Creek Drive to its intersection with Hanagita Street; then easterly along the centerline of Hanagita Street to its intersection with Hazelet Avenue; then southerly along the centerline of Hazelet Avenue and its non-visible extended centerline to its intersection with Port Valdez; then south along a non-visible point-to-point line to Allison Creek; then southerly along the thread of Allison Creek to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Valdez Marine Terminal boundary; then westerly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Valdez Marine Terminal boundary to a non-visible point north of the Chugach National Forest boundary; then south along a non-visible point-to-point line to the northeastern corner of the Chugach National Forest boundary; then south along the Chugach National Forest boundary to the City of Valdez boundary; then westerly, northerly and easterly along the City of Valdez boundary to the point of beginning.
