Beginning at the intersection of the Tanana River and the southeasternmost corner of the Eielson Air Force Base boundary; then westerly along the Eielson Air Force Base boundary to the Yukon Command Training Site boundary; then northerly and westerly along the Yukon Command Training Site boundary to its intersection with Chena River; then northeasterly along the thread of Chena River to its intersection with Flat Creek; then northerly along the thread of Flat Creek to its intersection with Chena Hot Springs Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Chena Hot Springs Road to its intersection with a tractor trail; then southeasterly along the centerline of the tractor trail to its intersection with Middle Fork Chena River; then easterly along the thread of Middle Fork Chena River to its intersection with Ottertail Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Ottertail Creek to its headwaters; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary; then easterly, southerly and westerly along the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary to its intersection with the western shoreline of the Tanana River; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of Tanana River to a non-visible point west of Xantheus Way; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the eastern shoreline of the Tanana River; then northerly along the eastern shoreline of the Tanana River to the point of beginning.
