Beginning at the intersection of the common boundaries of the Fairbanks North Star Borough, the Denali Borough and the Delta Greely School District; then westerly and southerly along the Delta Greely School District boundary to its intersection with South Fork; then westerly along the thread of South Fork to its intersection with Goodpaster River; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to White Peak; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Volkmar Lake; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Volkmar Lake to a non-visible point on its southern shore; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the Tanana River, where it intersects with Volkmar River; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of the Tanana River to a non-visible point; then southwesterly across the Tanana River to its intersection with Clearwater Creek; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of the Tanana River to its intersection with an unnamed stream; then southerly along the thread of the unnamed stream to its intersection with Clearwater Lake; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Clearwater Lake to its intersection with Fales Road; then southerly along the centerline of Fales Road to its intersection with Jack Warren Road; then easterly along the centerline of Jack Warren Road to its intersection with Souhrada Road; then southerly along the centerline of Souhrada Road to its intersection with Nistler Road; then westerly along the centerline of Nistler Road to its intersection with Mil Tan Road; then northerly, westerly, and southerly following the City of Delta Junction boundary to its intersection with Richardson Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Richardson Highway to its intersection with the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Pump Station #9 boundary; then westerly and southerly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Pump Station #9 boundary to its intersection with Richardson Highway; then southeasterly along the centerline of Richardson Highway to its intersection with the Delta Greely School District boundary; then westerly and southerly along the Delta Greely School District boundary to Wildhorse Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Wildhorse Creek to its headwaters; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Sevenmile Lake; then westerly along the northern shore of Sevenmile Lake to Boulder Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Boulder Creek to the Matanuska-Susitna Borough boundary; then northerly and westerly along the Mantanuska-Susitna Borough boundary to the Denali Borough boundary; then north along the Denali Borough boundary to the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary; then easterly along the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary to the point of beginning, excluding all that area within the city limits of Delta Junction.
