Beginning at the intersection of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline and Eielson Air Force Base boundary; then westerly and southerly along the Eielson Air Force Base boundary to Twentythree Mile Slough; then northwesterly along the eastern shore of Twentythree Mile Slough to the easternmost braid of the Tanana River; then northeasterly along the easternmost braid of the Tanana River to a non-visible point east of the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then west to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then northwesterly along the western shore of the Tanana River to a non-visible point; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the eastern most braid of the Tanana River; then to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then northerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to Tanana River; then southeasterly along the north shore of Tanana River to its intersection with Moose Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Moose Creek to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline; then southeasterly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline to the point of beginning.
