Beginning at the intersection of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline and Eielson Air Force Base boundary; then northeasterly along the Eielson Air Force Base boundary to the Yukon Command Training Site boundary; then westerly and northerly to Chena River; then westerly along the south shore of the Chena River to a non-visible point northeast of Repp Road; then southwest along a non-visible point-to-point line to and unnamed trail extending from Repp Road; then southwesterly along the centerline of the unnamed trail to its intersection with Repp Road; then westerly along the centerline of Repp Road to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline; then southeasterly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline to Silverleaf Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Silverleaf Avenue to its intersection with Seavy Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Seavy Drive to its intersection with Laurance Road; then westerly along the centerline of Laurance Road and continuing westerly along the southern City of North Pole boundary; then southerly along the City of North Pole boundary to Tanana River; then southeasterly along the north shore of Tanana River to its intersection with Moose Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Moose Creek to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline; then southeasterly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline to the point of beginning.
