Beginning at the intersection of Chena River and Noyes Slough; then northwesterly along the eastern shore of Noyes Slough to Community Way; then northerly along the centerline of Community Way to its intersection with the City of Fairbanks boundary; then northerly and westerly along the City of Fairbanks boundary to its intersection with the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then southerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with Lazelle Road; then westerly along the centerline of Lazelle Road to its intersection with Steese Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Steese Highway to its intersection with 5th Street; then easterly along the centerline of 5th Street to its intersection with Hamilton Avenue; then southerly along the centerline of Hamilton Avenue to its intersection with Baranof Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Baranof Avenue to its intersection with A Street; then southerly along the centerline of A Street and its non-visible extended centerline to its intersection with the Chena River; then westerly and northerly along the western shore of Chena River to the point of beginning.
