Beginning at the intersection of Johansen Expressway and the western shore of Noyes Slough; then southwesterly along the centerline of Johansen Expressway to its intersection with the extension of Nome Drive; then southwesterly along the centerline of the extension of Nome Drive to the Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then southeasterly along the centerline of the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with an unnamed road; then southerly along the centerline of the unnamed road and its extension to Chena River; then westerly along the northern shore of Chena River to its intersection with the western shore of Noyes Slough; then northerly along the western shore of Noyes Slough to the point of beginning.
